For the past twelve years Nadine Samila has honed her extensive knowledge of Massage Therapy to become a source of healing and vitality for her diverse clientele. As a holistic practitioner Nadine is committed to the philosophy that “our bodies are made to heal themselves but, often the ability to independently renew has been weakened and requires the intervention of a dynamic therapist to restore wellness and remind the body of its innate healing capabilities.”

IBP was intriguing because it uses a broader lens through which to conceptualize the concerns that people struggle with. It combines some of the theoretical underpinnings of various traditional counselling practices with breathwork, yoga and body release work.
